Dehumidified Storage | Carcoon and Cair-o-Port Storage
All our facilities are fully dehumidified, with comprehensive
insulation to the walls and ceilings and carefully calibrated
dehumidification equipment.
The dehumidification equipment has been calibrated to maintain the
relative humidity just below 50%, the level below which unprotected
steel will not corrode. This level of dehumidification will not harm
natural materials such as wood or leather hides.
Background heating is also applied to the facility, when required,
to maintain the ambient temperature at above 5°C.

The use of either the Carcoon or Cair-o-Port systems further enhances the storage environment of your vehicle by forcing the ambient dehumidified air
within the storage facility over, under and through the car. This maximises the dehumidifying effect within
